Edward H. Chivers
President
Ted has been with All Seasons since 1974 and is responsible for the overall management of the company. He also enjoys an active hands-on role in day-to-day responsibilities such as business development, estimating and project management.

Christopher R. Kimmey
Vice President, Senior Project Manager
Chris came to All Seasons in 2007, bringing with him extensive experience in upper management in custom residential firms since 1983. Chris is responsible for business development and oversees estimating and project management. He also is well-versed in working with the permit process and is a clear communicator.

David Dancosse
Operations Manager/Project Manager
Dave is a project manager and is responsible for field personnel and coordination and scheduling of projects. Having many years of experience as a small general contractor, he has an exceptional understanding of managing people and projects, and working with customers. He came to All Seasons in 2006.

Kevin Douglass
Project Estimator
Kevin manages a significant portion of the estimating at All Seasons. He has a degree in construction management, a strong construction background and has owned and operated his own contracting business. He was originally hired as a Project Supervisor in 2008 and moved into the estimator position in 2010.

Bonnie Milliken (and Roxy)
Office Manager / Bookkeeper
Bonnie is the newest member of the All Seasons management staff, joining the company in August 2010 as Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Bonnie brings with her many years of professional bookkeeping and administrative experience. Along with her administrative and bookkeeping responsibilities, Bonnie also provides support for the Project Managers.

Field Personnel

These people are the front line and backbone of our organization. They are the loyal folks who, day-in and day-out, in good weather and bad, perform the tasks that become the finished products that are the reasons for our existence.
All Seasons employs a field staff made up of up to 6 superintendents, along with carpenters and helpers. Our field personnel total from 12 to 20, depending upon the volume and type of projects which may be underway. Some members of our field staff have been with All Seasons since 1977.

Community Involvement
All Seasons, and its employees are, and have been involved in many ways to benefit not only the local community, but also the other communities in which they live and the communities we serve. From corporate monetary donations and gifts in-kind, to personal involvement with civic organizations, non-profits and other community entities, All Seasons collectively gives something back to help make a difference.
